Nice and clean. Not too far from haram. Slightly further away than one would like to walk after being tired completing Umrah etc. The fact that for a long while around salah time the cars / private taxis are not allowed to come on Ibrahim Al Khalil road. If you need to get out or come in around that time, you need to walk a long distance

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Once on the upper floors, there was no road noise, and the view from the elevators to the breakfast area was great. It’s a cheap option close to the Haram and within walking distance. However, the check‑in process could use improvement; a staff member handed me a key for a room that was already occupied.

The team was extremely helpful, the meals were tasty, and everything else was spotless. The parking was unavailable because of construction, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand; a cart for drop‑off and pick‑up would have been useful, though a free parking spot nearby with taxis was available.
