“Super”

We loved everything—the cleanliness, the cozy atmosphere, and the hospitality. Even the fact that the room is in an apartment shared with the owners wasn't an issue at all, as we didn't even hear them; plus, it was just a one‑night stay to explore Matera. The breakfasts prepared by the hostess were incredibly varied and fit for royalty. The location is ideal—just five minutes from the Sassi—and there is free, secure parking right by the house. We highly recommend it. The shower stall is small, but that was the only thing that took a bit of getting used to.

“Una estancia muy agradable”

The breakfast was spectacular and varied, offering foods not usually found in the typical breakfasts at other accommodations. Patrizia’s attentive and friendly service deserves 11 points! The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Sassi.

“Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, engañosa la publicación!”

The breakfast was very good and Patrizia was very friendly! The location was also very good. The room was in a family house, and that was never clarified! There were no signs and it was hard to find the place, the parking was on the street in front of a church, the bed was listed as between 1.80 and 2.10 m and it wasn’t even 1.50 m wide! The room was listed as 27 m² on Booking, but it was probably only half that size, very small!

The location is very good, 500 m from the historic centre. The breakfast is remarkable with special attention from the hostess. The term “hotel” is misused because there is no upkeep in the room. There is no private parking; you have to find one on the street.

“Week-End Materano”

The location is close to the centre. The breakfast was excellent. Mrs Patrizia was very kind and super helpful.
