The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were comfortable.

Staff were super friendly and supplied great info about the area, which helped with travel to different ski resorts, food was amazing, beds were comfy, warm and cozy inside, a good environment and vibe to the hotel, the owners are legends, offered shuttles every morning to wherever you needed to get to for a small fee and they also gave us a free shuttle to and from the hotel as we arrived and departed—nothing negative.

Walking distance to the lifts 15-20 to get to Happo-One, shuttle bus to and from main bus station, great people who are skiers/boarders, powder for the people—nothing negative, they kick ass.
Excellent location and the staff were so friendly, the bar was great for a post ski drink and chat, also the close proximity to an onsen was great—everything great.
