The street is quiet but close to the center. You can lock yourself out on the terrace because there’s no handrail on the outside window; you can fix that by leaving the kitchen door unlocked! Luckily we managed to get help via phone from outside thanks to the owner’s efficient action.

The property is spacious, impeccably clean, and comes with great facilities like a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a lovely little garden. Sandra, our host, was fantastic—ultra‑responsive and very helpful when we had train issues. Highly recommend.

“Beautiful and cool spot to rest in Bordeaux”

The host was incredibly available to accommodate our requests, staying cool despite the terrible heatwave. We left an item behind and arranged to meet the host after checkout to retrieve it. The room lacked thick curtains to block out light.

“Casita perfecta con todo lo necesario y muy bien situada”

The owner was very friendly and pleasant, and the location is close enough to the city center for a walk while still being in a quiet area to relax. Having a closed parking lot was a deciding factor for me, so I’ll definitely come back. The only reason I didn’t give it 10 stars is that the mattress sagged in the middle and was quite uncomfortable. We only stayed one night.
