The room was available, but it was dirty and the staff seemed indifferent to everything. We had to ignore a broken door that needed a part, the interior was filthy, and one set of sheets hadn’t been changed—they were clearly used. The room was literally next to a bar, so the noise was loud.

The location was good, but the room had a terrible odor.
Frode·Vor 4 Wochen
The place was a total disappointment: the staff were unfriendly, the rooms were filthy, the hairdryer was broken, the toilets were not cleaned, and the overall vibe was just awful. We went straight to the front desk, got a refund, and left for another hotel.

Everything was perfect—no complaints at all.

The property felt outdated and poorly maintained; there was a funny odor in the room, and both the light and fan switches were broken.
