It’s a magical place, out of time, not easy to find but the welcome is on another level and the room is exceptional. Thanks, Claire.

The building sits in a really strategic spot, about 15 minutes from the main tourist cities and no more than 30. The suite was clean, nothing to complain about, and Claire was genuinely friendly and lovely. However, finding the place from the outside was a bit tricky because the exterior looks quite rough and clearly still a work in progress. It was especially dark at night since there’s no exterior lighting. We also struggled with the hot water—no idea what heating system they use, whether a boiler or something else—and we ran out of hot water in the last few days of our 5‑night stay.

The place is amazing—a farmhouse tucked into the Sicilian countryside where you’ll definitely find peace and quiet. If you love nature and a bit of seclusion, this is the spot. The room was fabulous, the bathroom huge and spotless, and the in‑room jacuzzi was huge and wonderful. The owner, Claire, is a very lively person who pays attention to every need.
