Location and staff attention were good. There was a problem with the bathroom that wasn’t resolved even though it was reported from day one.

Location of hotel is nice and walkable, even if you stay more days, you end up going through same route probably to historical centre :) Area is quiet and looks safe. Cleaning ok. Accessories in the room were fine. Really good breakfast, satisfied with quality and options, also vegan options was really good. Number one reason to book this hotel if you compare with others around and price. Room did not feel really comfortable, more outdated. Probably no issue for short stay, depends what you are searching for. Some low constant noise from AC. Bed mattress not really comfortable, no issue for me, but one was really soft and other one not so much. Room with separate beds only even hotel didn't look full :( Fresh clean cups every day would be nice. 3 times issues with opening room door, once went to reception for help, looks like fast card insert into doors works resolves this problem

Cleanliness, location, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. The door‑opening cards didn’t work, so we had to ask twice for a replacement.

The location was excellent and the breakfast selection was also good. The cleanliness could have been better both in the room and at breakfast; for example, the breakfast tables were covered in crumbs and the bathroom had a couple of dusty sheets and an indistinct hair on top of one. On Saturday night there was some street noise.
