The property sits right in the middle of Bicaz Chei, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and breathtaking mountain views. It’s an ideal spot for nature lovers, with easy access to some of the area’s most scenic hiking trails and outdoor attractions. Lacul Roșu is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore one of Romania’s most beautiful lakes. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air, and spectacular landscapes made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, and discover the beauty of the region.
We confidently recommend Mr. Emil’s pension. The location is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. It’s clean, comfortable, and the host is very friendly! For nature lovers who want to visit nearby tourist attractions, this is the best option.

I loved the tranquility and beauty of the property, the stunning scenery and the sincere, calm kindness of the reception gentleman—no hint of the usual false politeness. The venue looks a hundred times better in person than in the photos (they really should update them or have a professional handle the visuals). It’s fully equipped for cooking, with spices, utensils, a fridge, coffee machine, etc., plus an outdoor kitchen with grill, cauldron area, disc, sauna tub and more. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for families or groups of friends.

The scenery is superb, the location clean, and the owner is a nice guy. The room on the upper floor gives you a dream view, and the coffee you drink on the terrace is “different”! I would repeat the experience anytime and warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comforting stay at this location. I have nothing negative to mention.
