The resort was absolutely beautiful and one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. It was our first time in Phuket, and we truly loved the resort. We had an amazing experience and hope to come back again. There were not many food options for children. It would be great to have more variety and kid-friendly choices

The only thing that stood out during my visit was the reception team—they were courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, even though the hotel itself is in dire need of a full renovation. The building smells off because of stagnant water under the parquet floor, and the breakfast service was a let‑down: we had booked a buffet but it was switched to room service without any notice or agreement.

The place is huge, but none of the room facilities actually work. The pool and jacuzzi were filthy, and there were insects and lizards everywhere.

We stayed in a huge villa with great facilities, two pools, very large and comfortable beds, friendly staff, and lightning‑fast internet – in my view the best 5‑star hotel in Maikhao, although the stay was too short.
