The location was great and the staff treated us very kindly. Hot water had good pressure, the air conditioning cooled well, and the wifi was solid!

I enjoyed a pleasant stay with decent facilities overall. The staff responded quickly to every request and the complimentary coffee and tea station was a thoughtful, convenient touch. The only downside was that cleaner bathroom fittings would have made the experience feel more comfortable and refreshed.

“No volvería.”

There was water and coffee for self‑service and the rooms were decent. The address listed was wrong – it says it’s on the beach but it’s not (or only nearby). We rented a scooter from them, and the phone holder was almost broken; it broke the first time we rode it, dropping my phone and smashing the screen. We weren’t given any notice that the holder was about to break, and when we returned the scooter we were forced to pay a penalty for “breaking” the holder. I’m not upset about the money, but it felt like they were exploiting tourists. Nobody would pay for my phone screen, and they could have warned us about the holder’s condition to avoid the damage.
