We got no response, but the location was the only positive thing; the welcome was unfriendly and the staff hadn’t seen our reservation, housekeeping was sloppy, we didn’t receive breakfast even though we paid because we had to leave at 7 am, they demanded payment for the room without confirming whether it was a new booking or already paid, and there was no internet despite trying two providers, one Vietnamese. We do not recommend this hotel.

“Staff could not do enough for us went above and beyond letting us store our luggage for the day and shower when we retur”

The staff were very friendly, and the location was great for the old town and the football stadium. The spot was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was good and you could pick what you wanted the night before. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

“Boutique hotel run by a very helpful and kind owner”

The place is extremely well located, and Thor and his wife run a boutique family hotel with a lot of care and customer orientation. All the rooms require climbing some stairs, so people should be mindful of that; especially older people looking to stay here.
