Librije’s Hotel, nestled in Zwolle’s historic centre, occupies a restored 18th‑century women’s prison. The elegant, air‑conditioned rooms feature king beds, sitting areas, flat‑screen TVs, minibars, and luxurious baths or showers. Guests dine at the 3‑Michelin‑star Restaurant De Librije, enjoy private dining rooms, a lounge, and a local wine shop, all within walking distance of the city’s shops, cafés, and railway station.

The blend of the historic hotel and the world‑renowned Restaurant De Librije made the stay truly unforgettable. The room was elegant, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The staff were warm, attentive, and made every moment feel special. Dining at De Librije was an extraordinary experience—creative, surprising, and absolutely memorable. The only downside was that our stay was too short to enjoy everything.
