The room is adequate for a family. After entering, we had to go out for a meal, which was inconvenient for guests.

Everything was great, especially the balcony view, the friendly staff, the facilities, the comfy beds, and the very cheap price. The only downside was the lack of wifi.

My wife and I just stayed at La residence Nuwara Eliya, and it was a tranquil retreat right among the tea estates. From the moment we arrived we were drawn in by the calm atmosphere and the warm hospitality. The location is perfect—right next to the tea estates, giving us stunning green views from our balcony each morning, a real escape from city life. Our room was spotlessly clean, better than we expected, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. The cozy vibe and modern amenities kept us comfortable all night. What really stood out was the staff: everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went above and beyond, making us feel valued and adding extra warmth to our stay.

We stayed at La residence Nuwara Eliya and were thoroughly impressed by every part of the experience. The room was impeccably clean and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the tea estate from our private balcony—waking up to that sight was a delight. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, going above and beyond to keep us comfortable, making us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel’s location was also spot on, near Gregory Lake and the main road, making it easy to find and giving quick access to nearby attractions. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable; we look forward to returning and will definitely recommend this gem to friends and family. The only minor complaint was that the bathroom felt a bit cozy and there were some issues with cleanliness and hot water, but the excellent service more than made up for it.
