“Pessimo”
We had a very negative experience, not so much because of the property itself—though we did notice clear moisture on the walls—but mainly due to the treatment we received. We booked and stayed for two people, as correctly indicated in the reservation, yet a triple room was assigned to us. On arrival, a young man helped us with our luggage; this was immediately clarified to the lady who welcomed us, who told us that he would not be staying or sleeping at the hotel. The next day we checked out normally, with no issues raised at the time. Afterwards, the owner contacted us demanding an additional €22, claiming we had stayed in three rooms. We explained that was not the case. The dispute then shifted to us using both beds in the room, since one of us slept in the double bed and the other in the single bed. In our view, the problem is that if a triple room is assigned and it is not communicated beforehand that one of the beds should not be used, it is unfair to later request payment for simply using the bedding provided. If there is a specific rule about bed usage, it should be clearly communicated at check‑in. The situation worsened when we returned to retrieve a bag we had accidentally left behind; the cleaning manager again complained about our use of the bed, despite us having already explained the situation.
