The location was super central, right in front of Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The place sits in the heart of Arequipa. However, the noise level is high and it’s uncomfortable to sleep.

Yes. It offers one of the best city views. When the restaurant is open it can be somewhat noisy, but after it closes things calm down. There is no elevator.
