Grand Shosh Hotel

The hotel is really good, clean and cozy. The staff are friendly, with a guy at reception whose name I can’t recall and a girl named Hosiet, both very sweet and always smiling; they were quick to help and answered all our questions. We were satisfied. Breakfast was good, with a wide range from porridge to fruit. Next time we’ll definitely come back without hesitation. The location is great—everything nearby, and the main sights are just a 15‑20 minute drive. A little gift from the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

расположение отеля👍 чистота👍 персонал👍. Кухня оставила неоднозначное впечатление. Мы ожидали увидеть именно красивый и разнообразный шведский стол, как было заявлено в отеле. Но по факту всё выглядело скорее как обычная столовая — без особого оформления и атмосферы. Даже если блюда простые, хочется, чтобы подача соответствовала уровню отеля. Ведь первое впечатление создаётся не только вкусом еды, но и тем, как всё выглядит и подаётся. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы этому уделяли больше внимания. Красивое оформление и аккуратная подача сделали бы завтрак намного приятнее

I spent a day at Grand Shosh Hotel and it was fantastic – everything was spotless, comfy, and the service was top‑class. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, so I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Tashkent. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like; everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is great, the staff are very polite and everything was excellent, no words, the best hotel. The only issue was the air‑conditioner didn’t work well and the room felt a bit warm, but overall everything was fine.

Everything is super: friendly staff, clean room, all works, breakfast is great with a wide selection, and the location is convenient – only 5 minutes to the airport. I recommend everyone visit.
