Everything was flawless: the location gave easy access to many activities and food spots, the room was clean, spacious, and the staff were helpful, offering great suggestions that made the stay even better. The only downside was a few stains near the reception area, which were not overwhelming.

The spot was unbeatable, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station and right in the middle of a lively street that’s usually closed to cars early in the morning. You can step outside and sit next to the street for an aperitivo, with bodegas and two laundromats just a minute away. The Duomo and Mercado are nearby, so no taxi or public transport is needed. Staff were friendly and eager to help, the room was clean, and daily room service felt almost luxurious. I heard no street or neighbor noise, and the shower had great water pressure while the AC ran quietly. Breakfast offered a good variety—pastries, cereal, cold cuts, toast, eggs, and fresh fruit. The price was reasonable, and I’d return for another stay. The only gripe was the lack of ironing boards; I had to wait up to an hour to get one, which forced me to plan ahead.

The location was great and surprisingly quiet, with helpful and friendly staff. The only drawback was the absence of a lift, but that was manageable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Accademia. The location was ideal, close to everything, making Florence exploration effortless. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also a good size. After long sightseeing days, the room was a nice place to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend Hotel Accademia for its excellent location, comfort, and convenience. The only downside was the mattress; although the bed was a good size, I didn’t find the mattress comfortable.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good! We would recommend this place and would stay again. It was perfectly located for our plans, and the staff were more than kind whenever we spoke with them.
