The spot is in the city centre, ideal for exploring the western part of Île-de-France; a great find for Maisons Laffitte with my dad and two sons; the accommodation was comfortable and the décor beautiful. Watch out for parking – there’s no dedicated spot – and the Wi‑Fi connection isn’t very stable.

The décor felt very cozy, and the people who greeted us over the phone and in person were absolutely lovely—thanks! However, the windows had no shutters and the bathroom was too close to the dining table, which made the room feel cramped. Adjusting the shower water temperature was also a bit of a challenge.

The place was compact and cozy, and it’s close to the train service. The entry process could have been smoother; we waited outside the gate in the hot sun for over half an hour before the host finally let us in.

The room’s location and overall appearance were great, and we could rent a bike to cycle through the marvelous surroundings and the Seine Valley.
