The campus is quiet, has parking, and a 45‑minute bus ride to the city center makes it convenient; the price was low enough that I could afford to stay a night in Dublin. However, the beds were very narrow, there were no bedside tables or lights, the living/kitchen area was stripped of everything – not even a glass to hold water – and the communal area had a musty smell.

We showed up in the late afternoon only to discover we’d booked for the following day by mistake. The booking team had already left, and the front desk couldn’t confirm any availability for that night, so we lost our money and ended up driving around in our car looking for another place.
