“Hotel cómodo, bien decorado y bien ubicado.”
The accommodation is well‑located and comfortable. The breakfast was weak and basic, and the shared tables required you to bring your own cutlery.

I liked the comfortable rooms and tasty food, but the music on the terrace under the windows kept playing loudly until 12 am, so I couldn’t sleep before the 16‑hour night drive that was the main reason we booked the rooms.

I was disappointed that the rooms had no mini‑bar at all, even though the hotel says it’s included; I’ve stayed here twice in the past year and the mini‑bar is always empty. While I was alone, I found long female hairs on the bathroom floor and in the towels, and the toilet “disinfection” could have been much better.

The location worked for us and the food in the main restaurant was fairly tasty for the price. Cleanliness was a problem: we found shaggy cobwebs on the balcony of our room and in a corner of the restaurant near the vaulted windows. Comfort was lacking; during three of our four nights we heard wedding parties up to 22:00 on weekdays, and noise continued until around 23:30‑00:00, making only one night truly restful. The balcony of our room shared a wall with the administrator’s balcony, which had motion sensors by a ceiling lamp that created a nightly “light show” that shone straight into our window. After asking the front desk for it to be fixed, the manager replied he wouldn’t and couldn’t do anything. The lift was dangerous—twice it trapped my children and three times it trapped me when it closed abruptly as we tried to exit. In the room, the TV stopped working (fixed after a call), the interior door lock wouldn’t close (fixed after a call), and the electronic lock sometimes wouldn’t engage; after waiting 20 minutes it still wouldn’t close until staff finally repaired it. We were moved to another room because ours lacked a safe, even though we had noted the same issue a year earlier. Food was overpriced for the area; breakfast was very sparse and not very tasty—dry, cold eggs, no hot milk for cereal, only wooden sticks instead of teaspoons, crooked knives, and we had to keep asking for plates. Only three bottles of water were provided for four nights, and the minibar was either paid or empty. In short, the hotel needs a renovation and a rethink of its price‑quality balance. After five visits we’re disappointed and will look for a different place.

I booked a room, they called me and said there were no rooms available, and they had no other option for me, saying it wasn’t their problem.
