The pools were beautiful and breakfast was decent, though not very varied. The room’s cleanliness was not perfect: when we arrived we didn’t find towels, we asked for them and they were provided right away, but we later noticed the shower mat was missing, the sink stopper didn’t work and the water wouldn’t drain, so for a four‑star place these are significant shortcomings.

The pool was nice. The room lacked a kettle, glasses, and the bathrobe and pool towel were paid extra. The double bed was re‑made with two half‑size sheets.

I really liked the huge pools, the breakfast and the rooms, but the mattress was too soft and there was no "do not disturb" sign, so staff would walk in without any issue. Even though I paid over 400 euros for a two‑person room with breakfast, a bathrobe wasn’t included, and I had to pay an extra 30 euros for a dog that weighed less than 3 kg.

Ottima posizione, camera molto grande, colazione abbondante e piscine grandi. Comodo il poter restare fino alle 15 dopo il check out. Il garage non è illuminato e i posti molto stretti, non è molto agevole parcheggiare. Il sapone in bagno quai finito. Alcuni dettagli lasciati un po’ andare come le piastrelle nelle piscine o la pulizia del bagno. Le piscine sono piene di scale e gradini, una persona anziana può trovarsi in difficoltà
