Nothing was good – no food, no water, the room and pillows were dirty – it’s the worst experience I’ve had so far. There was no staff.

I booked this hotel for ₹1,050, but at reception they demanded ₹1,200 and said they would not give me the room otherwise; the next day, they demanded ₹1,300 and told me to check out if I refused; the AC and fan were not working properly, and there was no proper response when I complained; the bathroom flush tank was leaking; the bedsheets were not changed even once, and when I asked for fresh bedsheets, they kept saying, “Laundry has not arrived,” from morning until evening; very poor service, poor maintenance, and terrible customer care – I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's proximity to street food vendors, which offered a wide range of delicious and affordable options. However, the hotel's facilities were somewhat lacking, with a small and uninviting lobby area.
