Our two‑night stay at the Inn was lovely. The beds were super comfy, and the owners went out of their way to secure a room ideal for my 97‑year‑old father. We slept soundly with hardly any outside noise. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the spectacular French toast.

A wonderful old historic hotel, but the manageress who checked us in was unfriendly. We departed early the following morning and she didn’t offer a packed breakfast to take. I suspect she was upset because we weren’t booked at the pricey restaurant.

I adored the room and the Inn’s rich history. The breakfast was a revelation—no continental spread, just a made‑to‑order feast, and the French toast was absolutely fabulous! Alan and Kate were wonderful hosts, and I only wish we could have stayed longer.
