Breakfast was average. Accommodation had many amenities. The surroundings were beautiful. The location was close to Almhult. The bed was great. The owner was friendly. The stay was actually fine!

The location near the lake and other attractions is great. We booked breakfast, which was tasty and nicely presented. The host offered many tips and answered all questions helpfully. Our dog was very welcome and even allowed into the breakfast area. It’s an ideal starting point for everything in Småland. The property has two apartments and a studio. The apartments have twin rooms that are rented separately, so you share a kitchen and bathroom. The studio is for one party only, and its sauna is separate, not included in the studio. This split wasn’t clear in the listing. In our apartment, the old stove (4‑plate range) was broken and a new induction cooktop with two burners was simply placed on top; it works but wobbles. A proper replacement of the cooking appliance would look better and be safer.

The place is in a great spot, just a short walk to the lake and a quick drive to the lovely beach and to Ålmhult. The studio is small but cozy. The only downside is that the internet sometimes drops briefly. We four had to fold out the bed in the evening and fold it back in the morning to make room for eating, but that was quick to do.

The accommodation is very nice, well‑maintained, and cozy. Kitchen equipment is fine and sufficient; the bathroom fixtures are a bit dated but fully functional.

The walk to the nearby lake with its beautiful views is very short, and the price is reasonable. The mattress could be a bit firmer and more comfortable, but that’s a small issue.
