Great location in the old town and nothing was ever too much for the staff.
We had a lovely view from our balcony.
All the staff was very nice ready to offer recommendations.
The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfy beds.

The Double Room faces the rear of the hotel and looks out onto a small street. Guests may choose either one large double bed or two single beds, sleeping up to two guests with no extra‑bed option. A private bathroom serves the room.
The staff were fantastic, but the noise from the bridge where the tourist boats depart was annoying.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the ferry port sits just outside the hotel, but it gets very noisy between 5‑6 am due to street cleaning.

The front‑desk staff met us at the castle entrance when we arrived at 9:30 pm, but the breakfast team fell short—we had to ask three times for a cappuccino. The room was very small, though I suspect I booked the wrong type on the reservation site.
