Close to SM City Cebu, restaurants, and other spots, it offers all the basic amenities, though the unit feels a bit dated and the shower area is slippery, but it’s still manageable.

The place had almost all the amenities I’d want and felt very cozy as a corner unit with two views and window openings; it was tidy, easy to clean, and the foldable sofa bed/couch was handy, while the owner was very accommodating and reachable via chat—overall a great experience, though the Wi‑fi was unstable during the day and it lacked some bowls and clips for cooking.
