The place was quiet, but the breakfast tablecloth was dirty and having to move between buildings was a hassle; the hotel’s spread-out layout was clear, yet it’s not very convenient when you’re lugging luggage and a car, even though the three sites are close together.

The rooms are very spacious and tidy, and the proximity to the sea and the shaded parks is great. The bathroom is large but impractical: taking a shower flooded the whole space, giving the room a “bathroom on its side” feel because of the tiny skylight in the attic. Moreover, everything had to be arranged for the 9-corner cycling race, including the adjacent Jole restaurant. Even though we had sent the menu in advance, the wait times were extremely long, and we didn’t eat very well.

The location is excellent, the staff and service are outstanding, and pets are allowed even in the dining area.
