Central location. The room smelled musty, had no hot water, shower gel was rationed, and it was dirty.

Very nice hotel in Cat Ba. Great location, close to the beach and town center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with arranging tours and transportation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location, clean and practical room, staff super enthusiastic and introduced great local food spots. No complaints.

The staff were gentle, friendly, and pleasant. Should add a cotton blanket, and the bathroom needs more toothpaste.
