The location is one of the best in town, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is beyond kind, and there are lots of nooks and places to enjoy the property. The rooms are dusty, with stone from the ceiling and walls flaking off everywhere, though that might be typical for cave rooms and they said they’d clean often. I wish there were a pool on the property and that the outdoor spaces were better maintained with umbrellas, etc., so you can hide from the heat.

Every element was meticulously arranged to maximize comfort and deliver a truly luxurious experience – from the plush bedding and precise temperature control, to the exquisite rain shower, deep soaking tub, charming fireplace, cozy robes, compact amenities, and impeccable housekeeping and room service. The value for money and overall enjoyment were outstanding.

As an Indian group, we found nothing that suited our tastes; we recommend exploring a broader mix of cuisines, especially given the large Indian tourist crowd. The reception and lobby service was fantastic. However, the AC was poor and we struggled to sleep at night because the rooms became very humid and hot when it failed. Cleaning was minimal – the staff would knock and just drop fresh towels or tissues, with little actual tidying. The food was bland for us, and the desserts should focus more on continental options rather than just Middle Eastern or Turkish.

The stonework of our room, from the entrance to the whole space, was stunning, and the terrace offered great views of the hot air balloons. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and breakfast was the best we’ve had in Turkey. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped; a smaller bed with more space to move would improve it.
