The room was beautiful and spacious, the view was great, the location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback of staying in the center of the old town was that cars can’t reach the hotel, so you have to walk about 7 minutes with luggage, but it was worth it.

The location is superb, just a step from the sea, with stunning balcony views, especially at night; the boutique room meets all needs, with perfect air‑conditioning and soundproofing; the staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was ready as soon as we left the room in the morning. Highly recommend.

We had a flawless experience. The location is unbeatable – waking up to the blue sea, strolling to the old harbor’s nightlife, and having all the restaurants and entertainment just a few steps away. We booked room B6, which is larger than usual, and it was a beautiful, spacious, stylish, and comfortable room. The breakfasts were elegant and beautifully presented, everything was clean and well designed. The highlight was the staff – professional and caring, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. I especially want to thank Anita and Angie again. No doubt we’ll return!

The location and view are great, and the room is spacious with tasteful décor. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our suite was awful – poorly finished, water leaked everywhere, warped flooring that sticks up dangerously, and no place to store toiletries or towels. The tissues and toilet paper were industrial‑grade 1*, the sofas were cheap and uncomfortable. The space and view were still good, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a low‑cost B&B buffet, far below what we’ve experienced at other Chania properties over the years.
