“Not good . I need my refund for the 1 night stay”

It was not on the beach as it said when I booked the property. The staff did not tell me about the dinner charges and I checked out 1 day earlier which I made aware of to everyone in the from front office but they never refunded my hotel stay and a staff called me in my room telling me about the dinner charges to which I replied that I wasn’t told about the charges before eating so she said she would discount it to 1 person cost but on check out they denied it completely and charged me for the buffet . Very bad customer service everyone says something different and make us feel like we are lying . It makes me feel India is filled with liars

“Over all expirience was good”

The breakfast was the highlight, while dinner was just okay. Nobody from the staff, even the seniors, greeted us—no “good morning,” “good evening,” or “good night,” and they didn’t even smile at passersby.
