Helpful staff, clean spaces, and a good basic breakfast. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We discovered that the "SPA" was just in name; there was only one small room where you could schedule a massage, and we didn’t use it.

Terral is only a block from the Vicuña Plaza de Armas, so very convenient to shopping, food, and drink. We parked in a locked lot a block away. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The bed was moderately comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There was some street noise and noise from the hall when we first went to bed but not much. Bed could have been a bit more comfy

Excelente experiencia, instalaciones de último nivel y buen desayuno. El estacionamiento es retirado y hay que depender de que el personal lo abra o lo cierre existiendo poca autonomía

La zona es genial, justo en el centro. El problema fue que la limpieza llegó tarde y no había toallas ni champú. No es nada dramático, pero sí un detalle que se notó.
