I love the hotel staff; I've stayed here several times and they’re always lovely, though our room faced the delivery entrance and was noisy at times.

The location was convenient, just a 40‑minute walk into Playa Blanca for a pleasant coastal stroll; the staff were brilliant and incredibly helpful, the food varied and tasty, and the value for money was great with plenty of sunbeds. The weather was bad and I felt cold in the bedroom and communal rooms, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

We spent ten days at Hipotels Natura Palace over Easter in early April, and the staff’s friendliness, the modest guest count, the generous grounds, and the excellent location really impressed us. With our rental car we could park right in front of the hotel every day, free of charge. The breakfast and dinner were varied and always tasty, the pool was a great spot to relax and never crowded, and the pool‑bistro that opened in the afternoon was an added bonus. Overall, we loved the stay and would recommend the hotel anytime.

The pools are brilliant, the apartment is large and the views are great – I wish I could afford to stay there with family for at least two weeks or so. The only issue is that you need a car to reach the center and the shops.
