The room was very well equipped, tidy and cared for. The location is in a suburban area between companies. The organization of the restaurant was lacking. The food itself was very good, but it was delivered on a cart from the basement – where the kitchen apparently is – straight into the restaurant. This should be moved to a separate space where the waiter or waitress can serve it on a platter at the table. A cart in a restaurant gives the impression of a cafeteria.

The location is good for a departure from Montreal‑Trudeau airport. The staff are kind and welcoming. The equipment available. The staff’s responsiveness. It is well placed for a departure from Montreal‑Trudeau, but not for visiting downtown Montreal and activities. Unfortunately there were small issues with the room key cards that malfunctioned.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed the complimentary Nepresso coffee in the room. The room didn't have slippers for the bathroom. Something very minor but would be a great addition for visiting guests.
