Hard to answer that. Maybe the bed is fine, so nothing to complain about. Honestly, the hotel is TERRIBLE. Breakfast doesn’t exist; only a croissant and white bread for butter and dulce de leche, coffee, and one juice (no fruit, no cold cuts, no eggs, no French bread, no sweets… basically nothing!). When I first arrived I thought I was in the wrong place because there was nothing visible. In the room the lamp wouldn’t turn off, so I had to pull it out to sleep; the bathroom’s old bathtub and curtain let water splash outside, and the sink tap dripped onto the floor while brushing teeth. We were three people but only two bath towels were provided! It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I went because of the price and location and regretted it.

The beds were very good. The bathroom was terrible, slippery because there are no mats.

The service was excellent and the hotel is very well situated, close to the obelisk and commercial areas. I liked the layout of the four‑person room, it offered privacy. The breakfast, though buffet, had limited variety; the bread was delicious but there was only bread. I would recommend expanding the menu.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is basic and very limited; there was hardly any variety, not even the minimum offered at other hotels.
