The location and staff were great, the room was clean, but the bathroom had an odd smell.

“Im sticking with Airbnb”

The staff were very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make the stay wonderful. However, when I arrived the shower was full of hair, there was a strange pair of socks behind the trash can, and on the second night the pool area was noisy until 10 pm while I was on the 5th floor, so I left before the third night. I was paying almost $700 for three nights plus parking, so for that price the room should have been clean and comfortable without being kept awake by other guests. At checkout the front desk staff were great and didn’t charge me for the unused third night. I’m sorry, but that’s why I usually use Airbnb and will keep doing so.

“Nice place... would stay again if convenient”

The layout, easy parking to the front door, and the quality of the restaurant were good; BETH helped a lot with fixing an error. The rate went up after the reservation was changed.

“Se for ficar no Silicon , ok”

The hotel was flawless in every way, truly excellent, but it only makes sense to stay there if you’re in Silicon Valley.

“Overall a comfy room, very clean.”

The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the Hotel's standards. A breakfast buffet or better offerings
