SCAM!!!! The guesthouse booking was a scam! We were booked from 26/1‑29/1 for 6 rooms and were told to pay a few days before check‑in. We were a family of 11 traveling to Bukit Tinggi with elderly and small children, and it was extremely frustrating and disappointing that we were scammed when trying to book the guesthouse. The guesthouse said there were no bookings for 6 rooms and that they hadn’t advertised them. The owner refused to write a letter confirming that we were scammed and that no bookings existed under our name. Why would they refuse? Are they part of it, or did someone on their staff do this? Even when we contacted their Instagram they claimed it wasn’t theirs! We filed a complaint but received no action and no reply after we informed them of the situation! The property still exists there. We do not allow the money taken from us! Kami tak halalkan duit yang diambil dari kami!!!!
