There was an elevator, which is helpful if you stay on the 6th floor with luggage. Since the reception was unstaffed, questions were answered immediately via the messaging function and the contact person came from the neighboring building. In 5 minutes on foot you could reach the river, whose walk route is really nice. Restaurants and shopping were also quickly accessible. The hotel overall was very dirty. In a shared kitchen, used bed linens and dirty dishes lay for days. In the room there was a huge cockroach and the hallway was fogged with pesticides by a specialist in a protective suit. Fresh towels and toilet paper were only provided upon request on the third of five days. It seemed like the hotel was only booked by a few tourists. It felt “dead”. Maybe it was summer?

“Good location for a quiet stay”

We didn’t see the staff much in person, but they were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we reached out, especially when we had a few little issues during our stay. They always reacted quickly and did their best to help. Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊. We had to ask for water bottles each day as there wasn’t a water dispenser available, but they were always happy to provide them ! A few things could be improved: there was no washing machine, and the balcony was not very well maintained, so unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy it

The area near Aratjang was convenient for grabbing a bowl of gukbap early in the morning; the breakfast spot opens at 6 am, so there was plenty of time to enjoy it.
