“Muy buena estadía en Dolomitas”

Excellent location in San Candido, the receptionist handled check‑in flawlessly and helped arrange transport to Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the breakfast waitress and the food quality were almost personalized; on‑site parking is in the most central spot of town. The room was immaculate and quiet, but we didn’t get a view of the Dolomites, which I think was my mistake when booking; the pillows were hard and the bed was not a sprung mattress, a point to improve.

The location is right in the city center and the owner and staff are cordial; the room is much larger than average, but I would reconsider the furnishings.

Elegant and refined, the staff are top‑level, the cuisine is excellent (the menu is sophisticated, though sometimes it lacks traditional dishes); the location is great, the property is attentive, the rooms are tastefully furnished and of high quality, and they even welcomed our small dog with care; no flaws, we’ll return.

I had a flawless stay at this charming historic hotel, thanks to the warm hospitality, luxurious rooms, and personalized care. Every staff member was friendly, kind, and super helpful. The food and drinks were outstanding—big thanks to Franz and the team for a fantastic holiday! Nothing to complain about.
