Everything was great: the furniture, the TV, the bathroom. The area is a bit shady, but that’s not the manager’s fault. The lady Raquel’s treatment was excellent; she gives you confidence, like a cousin inviting you to stay a few days at her house. The internet was very spotty and the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

The staff’s attention was very good; Raquel didn’t give any dining or tour recommendations but kept asking if she could help with taxis. She was always ready to support us and kept us comfortable. Thanks a lot! All was fine, just note that the hotel is about a 10‑15 minute walk from the center.

The reservation lady was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help! The little turtles right next to a green corner were charming. Breakfast looked fairly complete, and the lady agreed to refund the remaining nights since we left early, which seemed fair, though some people don’t accept it and you may have to fight. The noise from other guests late at night and early in the morning made us leave after one night instead of three. We were still charged for the full night even though we barely slept because of it, and we couldn’t enjoy breakfast because we were too tired.

We were thrilled with the place; two nights were lovely and relaxing. The room was clean and comfy, and overall we felt right at home. A huge thank you to Rose for her friendly, helpful recommendations and tips that made our stay even better. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like – we were completely satisfied.
