The spot is great, but this Marriott really disappoints. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and the bartender was helpful. The building feels run down and outdated. The reception area was pleasant, yet the housekeeping supervisor shouted at the housekeepers down the hallway all day, like a college dorm, which made the experience underwhelming.

Everything from the room to the food, drinks, and pools was solid, making it a great place to stay. The only downside was that some nights felt a bit overpriced.

The staff were nice and check‑in was quick, but it’s hard to see Marriott branding on this place. The property looks dated and needs serious upgrades: our loveseat had stains, the wallpaper was peeling, the hallway carpet looked like it came from the 70s and was worn and stained, and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.
