I was really impressed with the hotel's beautiful surroundings, but I was a bit disappointed with the service - my room wasn't cleaned for a full 10 days, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's aesthetic appeal. However, I do wish the staff had been more attentive to my needs. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I had a really mixed experience at this hotel - while the amenities were top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful, I had some major concerns with the unit I was staying in. From safety issues like unlocked doors and no privacy in the bathroom, to maintenance problems like mold and broken kitchen cabinets, there were a lot of issues that made my stay less enjoyable.
