I woke up at midnight hungry because I’d missed dinner, so I asked the staff for something simple to eat; they offered cornflakes and I just needed a bit of milk. The staff weren’t helpful at all. At my age I don’t eat pizza, but I had to order one from Swiggy or Zomato, it was spicy with pepper and upset my stomach. The next day I had an important meeting all day. I asked the hotel to keep a small tetrapack of milk in the mini‑fridge near the reception; you can charge for it. Please consider this.

“Excellent and restful stay in a sparkling clean room”

The rooms were super neat and clean, with a great vibe and excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet, however, was way too expensive for what was offered.

I really appreciated how clean the room, bedding, bathroom, and towels were, and the bed was comfortable. The table and chair were adequate for work, and the Wi‑Fi was fast; I had no issues during my stay. Pankaj and Ashish were excellent. This isn’t a critique, but there are only three car‑parking spots in front of the hotel, so I always found one. During peak season you might need to park nearby, and the staff can help you with that, which I confirmed with them.
