“A very comfortable and affordable hotel in a good location apart from the lack of nearby cafes”

The rooms feel very roomy and cozy, and the shower is a breeze to use. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits right next to the railway station (Blue Line - Cultural Centre) and is within walking distance of the Cultural Centre and the National Art Gallery. Unfortunately the National Art Gallery was closed on Sunday, which is disappointing. I tried coffee at the on‑site cafe, but it was terrible, and there are no other coffee shops or restaurants nearby. That’s a real let‑down, since coffee in Thailand is usually excellent. Instant coffee is available, but there’s no creamer or milk.

The room and bed are both spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room has a pleasant scent. One downside is that there’s no shelf or cabinet in the room to store luggage.

The room is clean, spacious, and has a big bed. It comes with a balcony. The night market is nearby, and the hotel’s lower level serves as a waiting area for taxis, so if you’re in the area you don’t need to use a ride‑hailing app.

Hoen Hao is always my go‑to spot whenever I visit Bangkok—it feels like a home away from home every single time. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. The convenience here is unbeatable: there’s a fantastic coffee shop downstairs, and 7‑Elevens are just 300 meters away in both directions. The location is excellent—very close to Jodd Fairs Market and Ratchada Mall, and it’s super easy to get around the city from here using Grab bikes. Thanks for another wonderful stay. See you again soon!
