The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect—just a 15‑minute walk to the Covadonga sanctuary and a bus stop right beside the hotel that takes you to the lakes. The hotel itself was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the pillows fantastic, so we slept wonderfully. The food was delicious, and breakfast was good. At 15 minutes from Cangas de Onis, we definitely recommend it, and the staff were charming and attentive, always ready to help. The only downside was the lack of coverage, but that’s not their fault and it’s not too bad.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly kind and professional, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was very relaxing; there was absolute silence and it was surrounded by lush green forests. The staff here are lovely. The spot is ideal, right next to the bus that takes you to the lakes. They also have a restaurant that serves excellent food, and we ate there for breakfast and dinner every day.

La ubicación está muy bien, a unos 800m de la basílica y la ermita para visitarlas a pie y a 200m de la parada de autobús para subir a los lagos. Tiene parking reservado para clientes y restaurante que no probamos pero que siempre estaba lleno. No tiene ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones y al menos nuestro baño tenía bañera, por lo que el hotel no es para las personas que requieran instalaciones adaptadas. A la hora de la comida no atienden en recepción, pero sí que nos hicieron el favor de darnos la llave de la habitación antes de las 16h, que se supone que era la hora de entrada. La habitación tiene decoración clásica, tele plana en la pared y un ventilador que no tuvimos que usar porque a la noche refrescaba. La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron cómodas. En el baño había bolsitas con cepillo de dientes, pasta, peine, jabón de manos y gorro para la ducha. Todo estaba muy limpio y por la noche si abrías la ventana solo se oían las vacas que están en el prado de enfrente. También tenía vistas a la Basílica, que hasta que apagaban su iluminación, se veía preciosa. El desayuno con productos calientes como beicon y huevos revueltos y fríos como fiambres y quesos. Tostadas, fruta, yogures, bollería y lo mejor el zumo de naranja natural que te rellena la persona que se encarga de la cafetería con una jarra en cuanto ve el vaso vacío. Los cafés y el resto de bebidas calientes se hacen al momento en cuanto se lo pides. Y siempre con una sonrisa. Tiene pinta de ser un negocio familiar porque vimos desde gente mayor hasta adolescentes dispuestos a ayudar. Nos explicaron el funcionamiento de los transportes a los lagos y aclararon todas las dudas que tuvimos. Se lo hemos recomendado a todos los que nos han preguntado por un buen sitio y bien ubicado. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Por decir algo, el wifi a pesar de conectarte, el móvil mostraba un mensaje de "La red no tiene conexión a internet" aunque, al menos en nuestra habitación que daba al frente, había buena cobertura de Movistar (2-3 rayas) permitiendo incluso ver vídeo en el móvil

Super location as a starting point for the lakes. Very friendly staff, good restaurant, and a nice atmosphere.
