An absolute gem near the Vatican – fantastic stay! If you're looking for great value and a fantastic location in Rome, this is the place. The guest house offers, spacious facilities and rooms that make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute easy walk to Saint Peter's Square in the Vatican. What truly makes this place special, though, is the host. He is an exceptionally nice and helpful guy who goes above and beyond, providing great local tips that completely elevated our trip. A fun insider tip: if you get the chance, talk to him about wine. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about it! All in all, his hospitality made all the difference in our Roman holiday. “Il soggiorno migliore a pochi passi dal Vaticano”

We liked everything about the place! From the privileged location just a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square, the quiet residential area easily reachable on foot and by public transport, the excellent breakfast in the room and the fridge with yogurt and orange juice, to the flawless daily cleaning. The owner Emiliano was always available and gave us a lot of advice. No complaints.

We were thrilled with the spot’s location, calm vibe, and sense of safety. The breakfast spread was plentiful and cooked the Italian way. Emiliano was excellent and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend.
