Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, a Faern Collection Hotel

The location is perfect, just a 5‑second walk from the train station, and the mountain view is unbelievable. The gym is large, fully equipped, and even has a boxing area. The staff is friendly and very helpful with advice on local Swiss journeys and touristy stuff. The 1st‑floor room has very poor soundproofing—next‑door chatter is audible and the upstairs hallway sounds like constant banging. The TV only works on a handful of German/Swiss channels and isn’t a smart TV, so no Netflix. There’s only coffee in the room, no tea. The spa has two baths, one cold and the other “hot,” but that one was cold each night and nobody used it.

“One of our favourite hotels!!”

We loved staying at the Victoria Lauberhorn. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better—just across from the train station. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety: eggs, meats, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereal, and many breads/pastries. Every day we enjoyed the pool. The room was small, but we used the adjoining terrace to soak up the sun and views when we weren’t hiking around town or visiting nearby Murren. We definitely would stay again and hope to someday. Honestly, there isn’t anything we didn’t like!

We arrived on the 13th night the gentleman at the front desk & the wait staff were exceptionally accommodative & went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The lady at the front desk on the 14th morning didn’t even greet us in the morning nor did she have a smile on her face. Seeing someone at the front desk at 7.30 in the morning looking sullen is not fit to be at the front desk. On the other other hand the lady & gentleman at the restaurant where breakfast was very welcoming & attentive

“Excelente 10/10”

Excelente hotel! 100% recomendable. Desde la llegada hasta la salida el personal muy amable y atento . Pudimos dejar las valijas a la entrada y salida lo que es de mucha ayuda. El desayuno muy bueno, el spa y la piscina también excelentes, nuestra hija lo super disfruto y tanto la piscina como el gym tienen horarios extendidos por lo que se super disfrutan. Las instalaciones del hotel tanto adentro como por fuera son espectaculares. Sin dudas muy recomendable
