The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, but I would have liked tea as well. My purpose was to soak in the public bath with my 90‑year‑old aunt, but the lack of handrails made it unsafe and we gave up; that was disappointing. The adjacent toilet and its paper holder had dust build‑up, which was regrettable. The flush lever in our room’s toilet was stiff and difficult to use.

The room was clean and the front desk was friendly. After breaking a glass during breakfast, the cleanup was inadequate and shards remained the next morning; with kids around, I wished they had vacuumed and cleaned properly.
