“Middle of the summer and the AC wasn’t on, the person at the front desk didn’t know how to Turn the ac on and couldn’t b”
It’s a cheap place to stay and quiet, but in the middle of summer the AC wasn’t on, the front‑desk person didn’t know how to turn it on and wouldn’t bother to find out. The hot tub didn’t work. The window in the pool door was broken, and the fire extinguisher door glass was broken.
“This place was a convenient location but did not provide what I would think even a minimum of service”
I was close to my aunt’s home, which was convenient. The room was only cleaned once on the first morning I arrived, and the small trash cans were full by the time I left. The towels were clean but stained, and the hot tub was broken. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered, so I had to get new towels from the cleaning staff in the hallway.
It was a good overall stay for the holiday weekend. The pool was very cold when we arrived, but the staff eventually warmed it up.

The lobby breakfast was complimentary and decent, but the mini fridge in our room was broken and smelled bad. Outside was almost 100 °F, and the lobby air conditioning was either off or not working, making the space hot and stuffy. The lobby furniture looked old, dated, and in poor condition, so it wasn’t inviting to sit down at all.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately the public hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing, but the staff offered us a free room upgrade and gave us a guest room with a hot tub.
