My car was fine, but I liked the parking; however, I could write endlessly about how I had to call them and search for everything, no communication with the client, they didn't write the code before opening the door, the keys were hidden, the smell of cigarettes was everywhere, the air conditioner was loud, I didn't want to go far, but at 8 pm there was no other route with a 2‑year‑old child, the elevators were constantly rushing, the room was terrible, the floor was moldy, even spiders were here, the mattress was exhausted, I don't understand, in Poland a new mattress costs so cheap, help, mattresses… I paid 35 eur for it, they could have started fixing it… In one word, it was a disaster.

The location was fine, but we had trouble getting to the property, there was no basic kitchen equipment, rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the terrace looked awful with a torn awning hanging over it, and the mattresses on the beds were squeaky and flattened.

“Toto ubytování se nepovedlo”

The place had three plus points: the price was very reasonable, there was on‑site parking and the bedding was clean with fragrant towels. On the downside, the photos were misleading – the kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets were shared by everyone, and because some long‑term male occupants (that’s my guess) were total mess‑makers, the communal kitchen was practically unusable. Even ignoring the complete chaos in the kitchen – dishes left unwashed, dirty tables and countertops, and glued‑on grime – there wasn’t a single mug, so we couldn’t make coffee or tea, and we only found four plates for five of us, forcing us to eat in our room. The fridge was packed with rotten, expired food, so we didn’t dare store anything there. Cigarette smoke lingered in the common areas, and the bathroom and toilets were always occupied. They advertised free Wi‑Fi but never posted the password and the owner didn’t reply to the SMS we sent. My room was tidy, but the mattress was completely sagged and impossible to sleep on, especially since our “neighbors” apparently never slept and kept the TV blaring all night. We managed to spend just one night here (thankfully). I hope the owner gets the current tenants in order. We book a lot through the platform and are used to many standards, but this place can’t be recommended despite the low price.

The location was close to public transport. Cleanliness was an issue, the beds were so uncomfortable that it was scary to sleep on them, the entrance gate was broken at departure, and the owner didn’t answer the phone after we left.

“Główna zaleta - tani. Poza tym baaaardzo słaby standard.”

Niska cena. Spory pokój, ale to dlatego, że w 2 osoby byliśmy w trójce. Bezpośredni tramwaj do centrum. Hałas - zarówno z kuchni, w której siedzieli i gadali robotnicy, jak i z ruchliwej ulicy tuż obok. Kuchnia niby duża i z milionem szafek, ale w znacznej większości pustych. Nie było ANI JEDNEGO JEDYNEGO kubka, żeby zrobić sobie herbatę. Piliśmy więc na zmianę z jedynej w kuchni szklanki. Na suficie nad prysznicem grzyb, ogólnie raczej brudno. Miał być bezpłatny parking, a trzeba było stawać przy ulicy. W oknach zasłonki, ale strasznie cienkie, więc latem jest w pokoju jasno od świtu. Niewygodne łóżka. Przed przyjazdem pani z obsługi dzwoniła do mnie ze 3 razy, żeby się upewnić, w jakich dniach rezerwacja, pod jakim adresem itd. Po to jest booking, żeby na nim sobie sprawdzać te wszystkie rzeczy w dowolnym momencie ;)
